It has been a fabulous week. Faith did a great job of designing a personalized detox plan just for me. We are volunteering at the Evansville Christian Life Center again this year.  We will help them pack up meals to deliver to over 3000 people.  We had a blast volunteering at CLC last year.  It is great to have a teenager who has so much passion in her heart for those less fortunate then us.  I have truly been blessed. The leaves are in full fall colors right now and the smells oh man I love it. Fall is my favorite season of all time. I love the cool brisk air, the sights and smells. Now I have a new favorite in fall....RUNNING.Saturday I joined a group of people for a 10 mile run starting out of the Y. Combining a college visit as well a "mini" vacation did the trick.  I feel revitalized and think many of my aches and pains from weeks past have disappeared. We drove down early Thursday morning in an effort to get to Boiling Springs by 3:30.  Kota wanted to make it for a basketball practice at Gardner-Webb University.  We made in with about a half hour to spare.  It rained most of the way, but once we crossed the TN/NC border the rain stopped.Driving through the mountains was beautiful. My goal to just finish the race. I also had a goal of coming in under three hours.
